We are a uptown Recruiting firm catering to the financial arena, tough skin and good attitude with team sprit is a must.Salary is flexable. Job Description: As a HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative services supporting the president the right candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include: Answering phones, typing (45+ wpm) --re-typing resumes. Assist in improving office practices and policies for sales/marketing/recruiting, which will result in increased revenues, Maintaining files for candidates and clients' job orders both electronically and in hard copy, Researching candidates and job specifications for matches and special projects, Interface with key clients including Managers and Human Resources Personnel, Must know Outlook and Exchange in order to utilize MS Office tools . Candidate must have an understanding of QuickBooks. Candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills, and will be expected to train as and perform some recruiter duties such as getting and following up job leads and recruiting qualified applicants. Mature adults or B.A., or Secretarial degree Prior experience in a Recruiting firm is a Big Plus! Full Time. Manhattan locals preferred surrounding boroughs also welcomed.
