Description

We are looking for an very bright and motivated individual with extremely strong knowledge and skills in networking technology to perform highly technical network protocol and equipment testing as well as various day to day deployment activities within our network design team. This candidate has to be a highly technical Network Engineer consultant with a very strong technical background. Candidate must have at least seven years experience working with various networking equipment from vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, or the likes.

Candidate must have a strong knowledge of OSPF, MPBGP, MPLS, LDP, RSVP, MPLS-IPVPN, MPLS-L2VPN, and MPLS-MVPN. Queuing Theory, 10GE, SONET, various channelized interfaces, all WAN protocols and TCP theory. Candidate must be very familiar with the main MPLS RFCs. Must also be very familiar with relevant SNMP MIBs. Candidate must be willing to work late and on weekends.

THIS ROLE IS HIGHLY TECHNICAL AND RIGOROUSLY HANDS-ON ROLE. The interview process will begin with a phone interview and then if they decide to pursue the candidate, a face to face interview will be setup. They are looking for very experienced individuals with a minimum of BS/BSCS/or a BSEE. 7+ years of substantial industry experience.MSCS/MSEE is a plus
